Easy to set up, easy to use. Great foundation for installing and running EOS into an organization. Excellent support.

Pros

It is a great, easy to use tool to help us run EOS. It actually allowed us to self-implement and the flexible pricing allowed us to roll it out to the entire organization over time. Great support. It also helps us effective run our weekly L10 meetings.

Cons

One nit: during the L10 meeting, you can't switch to a different section without moving all meeting participants to that section. For example, if we're reviewing the scorecard, I can't quickly switch to Issue without the entire meeting going to Issues. Would be better if there was a designated meeting runner or something.

EOS One was easier to use and held more true to the EOS framework.

After trying EOS One for a few months, it's become a core part of how our team operates. After trying EOS One for a few months, it's become a core part of how our team operates. The L10 meeting structure keeps us focused on what actually matters each week, and the combination of scorecards, rocks, and the issues list means nothing important falls through the cracks. If you're already running on EOS, this is the obvious tool to support it. The people who built it clearly live and breathe the framework, and that shows in every feature decision they've made.

Pros

The thing that surprised me most was how quickly the team adopted it. We've tried other tools that promised to simplify operations and ended up adding complexity instead. EOS One is different. It's opinionated in the right way and built around a specific methodology rather than trying to be everything to everyone, and that focus makes it genuinely easy to use from day one.

Cons

I love that they have automated a lot of the processes to make it easier for users, though sometimes I would like more manual control

I've always been a believer in EOS and have been a fan of the Traction concepts, however, where my team in I have struggled is bringing it all together in a meaningful way. The issue wasn't EOS itself, the implementers, integrators, the issue was that we'd do all this great work to kick off years, quarters, but most of it would stay on the cutting room floor...or usually just written on flip chart paper and we wouldn't look at it or actually use it to grow. EOS One has helped make these problems go away, because we've got one unified place where the tools, etc. can live and thrive. I'm a big advocate for this platform!

Pros

I'm not the most naturally organized person (see: entrepreneur). EOS One has really helped me and my team stay focused, on target, and tracking/driving towards what's important

Cons

In the past, I'd say it was a little less user friendly but it's much improved in that department now, so I don't really have any "do not likes" related to the product

I've worked for companies that run on EOS for 2 years now, and we've always used EOS One. I've looked at other platforms and they just don't feel as intuitive or look as good to me.

Pros

Very clean and user-friendly interface. I love that the terminology is all familiar if you're coming from reading the book (Traction). I love the continued enhancements that have come to the product recently, such as the AI that is able to make Issues, Rocks, To-Dos, Headlines, and even my Accountability Chart.

Cons

They seem to be newer than other EOS platforms. There are some integrations missing (I'd love to see To-Dos/Tasks sync with Google, Microsoft, or another). There are also some EOS tools, like the People Analyzer, that are still missing.
