I've done a few tests myself before going live to our customers and only had one issue which was resolved fast. Since we went in prod, no issue. Pros Easy to use and you can tell they gave a lot of thought into designing this. Also their customer service and turnaround is excellent, I asked for a couple of features and they delivered in a matter of days. I tried other lost and found providers and they didn't come even close to this level. Cons Most likely they are a newer player in the market but from what I gather they do have a solid customer base Alternatives considered [Chargerback](https://www.capterra.com/p/173213/Chargerback/) Reasons for choosing Traista - Lost and Found Better user interface, simpler and more modern, did not feel outdated. Also more intuitive and easier to use. And it is free, no tiers no nothing like that.
