Les quelques points API qui nous ont questionnés ont systématiquement été clarifiés rapidement par l'équipe, avec une vraie volonté d'amélioration continue du produit. Aujourd'hui, Certyneo est en production sur notre plateforme et sert d'infrastructure de signature pour des actes engageants (procurations, votes par correspondance, validations contractuelles). Aucun incident à déplorer, performance au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons sans hésitation aux éditeurs SaaS qui cherchent une solution de signature électronique eIDAS avancée européenne, à un tarif raisonnable, avec un support à la hauteur. API claire et bien structurée : workflow draft → send → signed cohérent, modèle "envelope" facile à comprendre, gestion des signataires et destinataires bien séparée, support des champs dynamiques (fields\[\]) et de l'ordre de signature. Support technique exceptionnel : équipe ultra-réactive, à l'écoute des retours, capable de corriger rapidement des points API remontés en intégration. Vrai partenaire technique, pas un simple fournisseur. Tarification compétitive : licence professionnelle accessible qui rend la signature électronique avancée viable même pour les jeunes éditeurs SaaS, là où la concurrence pratique des tarifs prohibitifs au volume. Audit trail : la récupération des preuves de signature au format standard (signataires, horodatage, IP, MFA) est précieuse pour notre conformité et pour la traçabilité côté utilisateurs finaux. We were drowning in chased-up signatures over email — now everything goes out in a few clicks and we actually see who's opened what. Our hiring managers picked it up without a single training session, which says everything about the UX. Pros Bulk send is a lifesaver during onboarding waves — upload a CSV, map the fields, preview, done. Template library means we stopped reinventing the same contract every Monday. Audit trail and EU hosting kept our DPO happy from day one — no GDPR back-and-forth. French-speaking support that actually answers within hours, not a ticketing void. Cons Wish there were more native integrations with HRIS platforms (we route through a Zapier-style tool, works fine but adds a layer). The mobile app does the job but isn't where I'd recommend doing your serious work. Reasons for choosing Certyneo Pricing was transparent (no "call us for enterprise"), the team was European, and the product covered 100% of our HR signing needs without forcing us into a higher tier.
