Die Software hat unseren Arbeitsalltag deutlich erleichtert. Besonders die Kundenkommunikation sowie das Versenden von Kostenvoranschlägen sind für uns ideal, da wir täglich mit vielen KVAs arbeiten. Auch das Repair-Widget ist ein hervorragendes Tool: Kunden können jederzeit Reparaturaufträge anlegen, wodurch selbst außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten – oder während wir schlafen – neue Aufträge eingehen.

Pros

Die beste und einfachste Software für meinen Handyshop! Übersichtlich, benutzerfreundlich und mit vielen praktischen Funktionen, die den Arbeitsalltag deutlich erleichtern.

Cons

Aktuell sehe ich keine Nachteile. Sollte doch einmal ein Problem auftreten, reagiert das Support-Team sehr schnell und findet rasch eine Lösung.

Beste Reparaturverwaltung. Man kann bei der Entwicklung mit Ideen mitwirken. Ich bin seit Tag 1 dabei.

Pros

Die einfache Bedienung und sehr Modernes Design. Sehr schneller Kundenservice. Probleme werden direkt behoben. Nach vielen Jahren endlich das beste gefunden.

Cons

Ich habe keine negativen Punkte. Benutze die Software seit Tag 1. Aktuell habe ich keine negativen Punkte.
