It's genuinely saved us time on every proposal we've built since switching. The recent V2 launch took things even further: way more flexibility for customizing appearance and pricing, great new functionality, and a much-improved interface. But the standout is the Claude integration — I can give it some background context, an existing proposal to reference, specific line items, and a target price, and have a polished draft ready in about five minutes. When I took over I didn't know anything about the tool but learned how to use it within an hour. What you could do with the tool and the features took a.little longer. Anytime I had an issue, I would send an email to support and I would get a response, support for the issue, and a resolution time if it couldn't be fixed right then. It makes writing proposals simple and Making new ones or copies even more simple. I have used it to store my service catalog with pricing in it and I could assemble a proposal in minutes. Connecting to Hubspot made the interactions with my sales team easier too! Pros It filled in a gap in how our organization assembled proposals. It also changed on how we developed them by having templates so we could standardize and piece proposals together from those templates ina very quick manner. It's affordable, easy to use, and customer service is great! My sales team has gotten so much time back in our day to day now that we use SPT to create SOWs. Pros SPT is so easy to use and quick; I can now get an SOW sent out in minutes with our pre-approved templates. SOWs used to take us 30-1 hour to create then add on a manual review and edits. The template I was able to create in the platform looks very professional and we have actually seen an increase in our close rate since adopting SPT. I will say the initial creation of creating a custom template may seem daunting, but it's fairly simple once you start making your template. SPT also has preloaded templates that are a great start to making your own template with some customizations. Cons Some of the styling features could be improved, but I also use a lot of CSS so that may be me skewing the design features in a different direction than what it is intended for.
