Pros Lo que más me gusto fue como el equipo de Xtract adaptó al herramienta a nuestras necesidades, según el tipo de documento, las imputaciones contables, y autorizaciones. Pudimos llevar todas nuestras particularidades a la herramienta para que esta nos sea eficiente. Hoy contamos con una lectura eficiente de las facturas, y cuando nos encontramos con un error, nos permiten compartirlo por chat con un ejecutivo, y nos corrige la lectura para que de ese momento en adelante nos la lea correctamente. Pros Las ventajas fueron cuantitativas, centralización de recepción y gestión de facturas con circuito de aprobación entre nuetras áreas, asignación de centros de costo, reducción de carga manual y trazabilidad del estado de los comprobantes. Pros Lo que más destaco de Xtract es su excelente interfaz de usuario y la facilidad de uso para procesar y gestionar facturas. Hasta el momento venimos procesando comprobantes que no actualizan Stock. Para las áreas involucradas el uso de Xtract fue muy positivo. Pros Lo que más nos gusta de Xtract es la practicidad que propone para la carga de comprobantes. Es una herramienta ágil y cómoda para facilitar el trabajo de los usuarios que habitualmente cargan comprobantes. Cons No nos gusta que en alguna oportunidades lee mal algunos puntos de la factura. Tampoco nos resulta práctico que cuando ingresa la factura de un proveedor nuevo, demore en procesarse la lectura del comprobante. Ambos inconvenientes los resolvemos con la ayuda de la parte de soporte. Es mucho decir en el mundo de los proveedores de sistemas. La única no tan buena experiencia fue con el equipo de desarrollo de mejoras, ahí no hubo un buen fluir ni un cierre claro. Pero en lo que respecta al día a día y las necesidades de soporte que fuimos necesitando, el SLA es excelente. Their technical support team is also worth highlighting: responses are fast and the team is genuinely helpful when issues arise. That said, the team needs to stay alert to the errors Xtract can make — layout changes, image-based files, or duplicate VOC line assignments require human oversight. But despite those limitations, it remains a powerful and valuable tool. Since Xtract arrived, there is a clear before and after for how our team operates. Pros Xtract delivered significant time savings on invoice processing. Before the tool, processing an invoice manually in NetSuite took around 10 minutes on average; with Xtract, that dropped to approximately 5 minutes — cutting processing time in half. For a team handling high invoice volumes, this translates into thousands of hours recovered per year and meaningful headcount relief without adding staff. The integration with NetSuite is seamless and works very well in practice. The app interface is also worth mentioning — it is intuitive and user-friendly, which makes onboarding the team straightforward and reduces the learning curve considerably. Cons Over the course of using the tool, we encountered some limitations: handling invoices with diverse formats from global vendors, differentiating between similar invoices from the same vendor, and processing non-standard file types. What stands out, however, is how the Xtract team has responded — they have consistently delivered updates that turn those limitations into strengths.
