Spending 40 minutes manually tweaking keywords for a single application every night was exhausting, especially when I was just getting ghosted. Finding Retuner essentially gave me my evenings back. The biggest shift for me was the speed. I can submit targeted applications in a fraction of the time it used to take me. More importantly, I actually started getting interview requests shortly after I started using it. It made me realize my actual work experience wasn't the issue at all. I was just losing the ATS keyword game before I automated it. Pros What I appreciate most is that it goes way beyond just matching keywords. It actually understands the specific job you are applying for and refocuses your past experience to highlight exactly what that role needs. It completely avoids that generic "AI slop" tone that you usually get when trying to use regular AI tools. The summary and the bullet points it creates are much stronger and more impactful than what I could have written myself. It saves me hours of tedious resume tailoring every single week, and the final PDF format is perfectly ATS-friendly. Cons It would be great to have a matching cover letter feature built directly into the flow so I don't have to jump to another tool for that part. Aside from that, no real complaints. It does exactly what it promises and keeps things simple. Switched from [Rezi](https://www.capterra.com/p/103131/Dezrez-Estate-Agency-Software/) I tried Teal and Rezi before, but the interface started feeling a bit cluttered and it took too many steps to actually get a finished document. I switched because Retuner has a much more premium and intuitive UI. Instead of clicking through a bunch of different menus, you just drop your base info and the job description in, and it instantly generates a ready-to-use, tailored resume file.
