## What is Oryxa AI?

Oryxa AI is an AI agent that responds to customers on WhatsApp, Telegram and website, turning conversations into sales. It serves customers in multiple language variants including English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Arabic, auto-detecting the language of the message and replying in the same channel the customer used (text or voice). It replies to customers on WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat widget on the website. If the customer sends an audio, it replies with voice; if they write, it replies with text. The tool transcribes audios automatically to understand the customer. It groups bursts of messages into a single consolidated reply and pauses automatically when businesses handle the customer personally.
