I have only had to contact support a few times and the issue was resolved quickly. The reports available to reconcile payments is easy to understand as well. Pros Bizpayo is easy to use and funds are distributed quickly. The software also offers a variety of features so it can be used for more than invoicing. My clients also feel safe using the software when entering their payment information. It is also easy to use for quick proposals where clients can pay in advance. Cons I don't have any cons regarding the product at this time. I like all of the features that are available and find the software easy to use. This has saved me time when drafting contracts and sending them - done after the customer, and I have agreed on specifics and payments. Cons The customer's portal has some rough spots - I've requested an enhancement so I can see what the customer sees. The authorization from clients is on the same platform; invoice them, send the link to my clients, and add it to my website and email. Cons The only negative I can mention about BizPayO is that it takes 3 days for the deposit to reach my bank account.
