Generally responsive when a point of contact is used within 24-48 hours. Otherwise, they don't seem to have a good response time on their general support.

Pros

They have simplified obtaining digitally signed contracts and AR collection for me. This has saved me time when drafting contracts and sending them - done after the customer, and I have agreed on specifics and payments.

Cons

The customer's portal has some rough spots - I've requested an enhancement so I can see what the customer sees.

BizPayO was included in another provider's package, so I ran some test runs first to see whether it would be beneficial for my office. It provided more features and good test runs.

Great, I have more than 5 years with BizPayO. I got offers from many others, but I am happy with the price and services.

Pros

Automatic payments are easy to schedule and are automatically withdrawn. The authorization from clients is on the same platform; invoice them, send the link to my clients, and add it to my website and email.

Cons

The only negative I can mention about BizPayO is that it takes 3 days for the deposit to reach my bank account.
