Instead of juggling separate tools for CRM, email, calling, SMS, calendar scheduling, and AI assistance, everything is available in one platform. What stands out most is how much time it saves. Our reps can manage leads, send emails, make calls directly from the browser, schedule meetings, and track deals without constantly switching tabs. The AI features are genuinely useful too—especially lead summaries and email draft suggestions, which help our team move faster. The pipeline and lead management tools make it easy to stay organized, while managers get clear visibility into team activity and deal progress. Having communications automatically tied to leads and deals also means nothing falls through the cracks. Flowforce feels like a CRM built specifically for modern B2B sales teams. It's intuitive, fast, and focused on helping reps spend more time selling and less time managing software. If your team is tired of CRM complexity and tab chaos, Flowforce is definitely worth considering.

Pros

What I like most about Flowforce is that it brings everything our sales team needs into one platform. Instead of jumping between a CRM, email tool, phone system, calendar, and note-taking app, we can manage the entire sales process from a single workspace. The combination of communication tools and AI is especially valuable. We can call, email, and track conversations while also getting AI-powered summaries and draft suggestions that help us work faster. I also appreciate how easy it is to see the status of leads and deals at a glance. The platform keeps everyone aligned, reduces administrative work, and helps ensure that no opportunity falls through the cracks. Overall, Flowforce helps our team stay focused on selling rather than managing multiple disconnected tools.

Cons

My overall experience with FlowForce has been very positive. It has helped me organize leads, track conversations, and reduce the amount of manual work involved in managing prospects. The AI features are genuinely useful, and the platform makes it easier to stay productive and focused on building relationships rather than administrative tasks.

Pros

FlowForce helps me stay on top of leads and follow-ups without spending too much time on manual work. I especially like the AI-powered lead enrichment feature, which can automatically find relevant information from sources like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. It saves time and makes lead management much more efficient.

Cons

The main challenge was getting familiar with the platform's workflow at first. It wasn't difficult to use, but it took some time to understand how different features and processes fit together. Also, while the AI lead enrichment works well most of the time, it doesn't always find every piece of information from every platform.

As an SDR at Auviel, I've used Flowforce daily to manage leads, keep track of conversations, follow up with prospects, and schedule meetings. It's very easy for important details to get scattered across different platforms, but having everything in one place has made my work a lot more organized. One thing I appreciate most is how it helps me stay on top of my pipeline without feeling overwhelmed. Whether I'm reaching out to local businesses or international prospects, I can easily track responses and know exactly where each conversation stands. I've had the opportunity to experience the platform firsthand, and it's been a valuable tool in helping me work more efficiently and consistently.

Pros

What I like most about Flowforce is how it keeps my workflow organized in a way that actually feels manageable. As an SDR handling different types of leads, it helps me stay consistent with follow-ups and not lose track of conversations, especially when things get busy.

Cons
