En general es una heramienta muy útil para las empresas y muy bien adaptada sus opcione para cada uso.

Pros

Todas las opciones que contempla a la hora de rellenar el formulario. Describiendo bien cada situación.

Cons

A veces alguna palabra técnica puede no entenderse, pero entiendo que son necesarias para el tema de cumplir la LPD.

Claridad y profesionalidad. Te implican todo paso a paso y analizan tu empresa de arriba abajo para indicarte todo lo que te falta en materia de seguridad.

me parece una plataforma cómoda, fácil de usar. Lo que mas se valora es tener a un profesional experto en la materia para asesorarte y que siempre vas a tener esa atención.

Pros

la herramienta es cómoda, al finalizar el cuestionario se emiten directamente los documentos de protocolo de protección de datos para descargar, asi como los CPS.

Cons

Fui guiada para hacer el cuestionario pero si lo hubiera echo sola pues no sabría que opciones escoger en algún caso por las características de mi sector

Ha sido correcta, fácil de cumplimentar y que no me ha llevado más tiempo del necesario. Una buena herramienta.

Pros

Que sea ágil, que es de fácil accesibilidad y que en todo momento tienes una plataforma actualizada.

Cons

Que no puedes "hablar" con él. En general no recuerdo que haya más desventajas que no sea poder hablar directamente con un agente humano.

Trato personalizado y adaptado a las necesidades de mi proyecto. Personal amable y atento. En una videollamada me asesoraron paso a paso en todo lo necesario.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, ahorro de trabajo para cumplir con normativa. No era consciente de la cantidad de cosas que eran necesarias para cumplir con normativa, aún habiendo recibido formación en PDD en el pasado.

Cons

Nada. La verdad es que no le encuentro desventaja alguna. Recomendaria totalmente tanto la aplicación como los demás servicios de Conversia.

Aplicación muy sencilla para gestionar LOPDD. De una manera muy rápida e intuitiva rellenas todos los datos esenciales para el cumplimiento de la Ley de Protección de Datos.

Cons

No puedas modificar tu mismo muchos de los campos obligatorios a rellenar. Darle mas opciones de manejo a proveedores.

La mejor ventaja es poder contar con una herramienta para poder gestionar toda la documentación basada en la protección de datos, lo cual nos agiliza mucho el trabajo en la oficina.

En principio correcta, aunque no la he tenido que utilizar, imagino que si lo necesitara los podría llamar y me explicarían

que venia con lk bitronic, y así no tenia que buscar los cursos y se sobreentiende que al ofrecerlos bitronic y no tener que pagarlos porque ya están cubiertos con lo que pagamos, serán eficientes

Cons

que en un principio no sabia de que me hablaban, después ya me explicaron que trabajaban con bitronic y nos ofrecían los cursos obligatorios

Buena orientación y muy didáctico. También me sentí motivado por la información constante de la evolución de la formación.

Todo pues el contenido es variado. Tiene una elaboración muy pedagógica. Donde se puede ver la evolución de la protección de datos.

Creo que no puedo identificar nada que no me ha gustado. Pues cada aspecto desarrollada ha un buen nivel.

La experiencia ha sido buena y hemos recibido un buen trato de todas las personas que se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros.

Pros

El trato recibido por parte de las personas que se han puesto en contacto con nosotros tanto telefónicamente como personalmente.

Cons

De momento nada, lo único que me gustaría es que se diferenciara de otras empresas de protección de datos que cuando se contratan te dan un compromiso de pasar una vez al año para revisar documentación y eso sólo se limita a una llamada telefónica y no se produce la revisión de documentación para comprobar que todo se lleva adecuadamente.
