Our overall experience with Fjellride has been very positive. The platform has helped us simplify our rental operations, reduce manual administration, and make it easier for customers to book online. It has become an important part of how we manage our rental business. The system is intuitive, reliable, and well suited for outdoor equipment rentals. We have also appreciated the support from the Fjellride team, who have listened to our feedback and helped us get the most out of the platform. Seeing a 30% increase in Q1 and processing more than 2,000 bookings in under three months has made the value very clear for us.

Pros

Fjellride has been very easy to use from day one. The booking flow is simple for our customers, and the admin side makes it much easier for our team to manage rentals, availability, and bookings in one place. We especially like how quickly we were able to start taking bookings online without adding extra manual work. In less than three months, we handled over 2,000 bookings through Fjellride, and in Q1 we saw a 30% increase compared with our previous setup.

Cons

As an early customer, there are still some features we would like to see expanded over time, especially around deeper reporting and more advanced customization. That said, the core booking and rental management experience already works very well, and the Fjellride team has been responsive to feedback.
