CyanBuild is construction estimating software that automates material takeoff from blueprints using computer vision technology. It processes uploaded files and generates detailed material quantity reports in about 30 seconds, supporting PDF, PNG, JPG, HEIC, WEBP, DWG, and DXF formats up to 500MB. The software reads dimensions, specifications, and material callouts, calculates quantities, and identifies conflicts. Results are organized as room-by-room breakdowns by CSI divisions, covering categories like concrete, masonry, metals, wood, finishes, and plumbing. Each line item includes a confidence score to highlight areas needing verification, with calculations traceable to their blueprint source. Outputs are provided as PDF reports and Excel spreadsheets compatible with estimating platforms. Files are encrypted with AES-256, SOC 2 compliant, and deleted after 30 days.
