I'm not a tech savvy person, so when I was approached about adding an AI sales assistant for my website, I had some concerns. Not only was I worried about the technical aspects of setting up the assistant, but I was also worried that the AI would not accurately represent my company and services. SimpleBot AI alleviated those concerns. The website import feature to create the business profile was easy to use, and Bobby helped refine our profile to add extra information that wasn't listed on our website. I'm a small business so I don't have time to be at my computer talking with website visitors. SimpleBot AI is exactly what I needed to help get new business.

Pros

The setup was simple and the free onboarding session was much appreciated, not to mention the free business profile refinement and AI agent customization services. The ability to take over AI conversations and chat live with a visitor is great. Also, the ability to speak with a live person for support is probably one of the biggest differentiators. If I want to update the assistant's behavior and am not sure how to do it, I can just pick up the phone. This is virtually unheard of in the modern software industry. The chat topics insights feature is super helpful in keeping an eye on conversations with visitors without having to read everything.

Cons

I honestly am not sure. Since this is the first chatbot service I've used, I really don't have anything to compare with. The lack of integration with WhatsApp is a little disappointing.
