I’ve researched other options but they didn’t have the integrations I needed and I didn’t have the budget to pay per user. Pros It takes us less than half the time it used to take to complete admin tasks and send quotes, and invoice jobs. I love that we can see who has approved, and check online to see if they’ve seen the quote or not. The risk management system is a huge bonus - this saves our team hours per report. Cons I thought setting it up would take a lot of time, but the integration with my Accounting software (Xero) made is super easy. So far, no cons. It’s easy to use and I can quickly get the answers to any questions through the online chat or from my account manager.
