Our overall experience has been very positive. After switching from Fullbay, our technicians adopted WrenchPilot quickly because it is much easier to use. Time tracking is more accurate, shop management is simpler, and we have better insight into labor efficiency and profitability. It has helped us make better business decisions and improve day-to-day operations.

Pros

WrenchPilot has saved us a significant amount of administrative time. Creating invoices is quick and straightforward, and adding parts to repair orders is much easier than what we were used to before. We previously used Fullbay and found it clunky and more difficult to navigate. With WrenchPilot, our service advisors and technicians can move through their workflow much faster. The technician time tracking is also excellent. It's easy for techs to clock in and out of jobs, and management can quickly see who's working, who's idle, and where labor hours are being spent. The visibility into technician productivity and shop profitability has been a huge advantage.

Cons

There are still some features and integrations we'd like to see added as the platform continues to grow, but the team has been responsive to feedback and regularly releases improvements.

Great program and they always are improving the program. Support is great and helped me reduce my time in the office doing invoices as this programs eliminates a lot of needless time with invoice capturing for parts

Pros

Costs were awesome and the customer support is really amazing. Helps track all my work orders, shop through put and inventory and tech efficiency

Cons

Not much they rectify everything we had a issue with the program within a few days at most. And always let me know what or why something couldn't be done or what they did to fix
