Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La piattaforma mi ha permesso di gestire meglio il rapporto con i clienti e di avere una visione più ordinata delle attività. Dopo un breve periodo di adattamento, diventa uno strumento davvero utile per lavorare in modo più organizzato ed efficiente senza dover necessariamente cambiare e usare decine di strumenti diversi.

Pros

Finalmente riesco a tracciare tutto il percorso del cliente in modo chiaro e ordinato, senza dover passare da uno strumento all’altro. Avere tutte le informazioni nella stessa piattaforma rende il lavoro più fluido e mi aiuta a seguire meglio ogni fase della relazione con il cliente.

Cons

Le funzionalità sono tante e all’inizio non è immediato orientarsi o trovare subito ciò che serve. Dopo una prima fase di utilizzo, però, la piattaforma diventa più chiara e si apprezza la ricchezza degli strumenti disponibili.

Il sistema è semplice da usare e molto flessibile. Ha risolto una serie di task che ormai avevamo dato per vincolanti, invece abbiamo fatto un salto in avanti di anniluce!

Cons

C'erano dei piccoli bug grafici. Li abbiamo segnalati e sono stati tutti risolti! Complimenti allo staff di sviluppo!

un’ottima scelta. Non è semplicemente un altro tool di marketing, ma una soluzione che mi ha permesso di sostituire più strumenti separati e lavorare in modo più ordinato. Lo consiglierei soprattutto a piccole imprese e professionisti che vogliono automatizzare meglio senza complicarsi la vita.

Pros

Prima usavo strumenti diversi per email marketing, gestione dei contatti e automazioni, e perdevo molto tempo a tenere tutto aggiornato. Con questa piattaforma riesco a seguire il cliente dall’acquisizione fino alla vendita senza passare da un software all’altro. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è che è pensata per chi gestisce un’attività reale: le funzioni sono complete, ma non serve avere un reparto IT per usarle.

Cons

La configurazione iniziale richiede un po’ di tempo, perché ci sono tante funzionalità da scoprire. Una volta impostato tutto, però, il sistema lavora benissimo e fa risparmiare davvero molto tempo.

Cercavo qualcosa che funzionasse davvero. Non un tool pensato per grandi aziende con team dedicati. Questo va bene così com'è.

Pros

Avevo ActiveCampaign per le email e un CRM a parte. Funzionavano, ma era un casino tenerli allineati. Qui ho tutto in un posto, e per me che seguo più clienti contemporaneamente fa una differenza enorme.

Cons

All'inizio ci vuole un po' per capire dove si trova tutto. Non è difficile, è solo che le funzionalità sono tante. Dopo qualche giorno ci si orienta bene.

Partiamo dall'approccio commerciale: da studiare e prendere ad esempio. La modalità di creazione del rapporto dello staff di Automazioni.Marketing è clamorosamente efficace. Dal punto di vista dello strumento permette di fare praticamente qualunque cosa a livello di marketing e di automazioni, stiamo ancora studiando per esplorare le varie possibilità e come declinarle in termini pratici, ma è un mondo che si apre!

Pros

L'aspetto più potente di Automazioni.Marketing è l'utilizzo di tanti strumenti in un'unica consolle, permettendo la gestione di tutto il processo -da acquisizione del contatto fino al rapporto con i clienti acquisiti - in una modalità spiccatamente orientata al marketing. potentissimi i chatbot AI e la gestione documentale e automatizzata delle offerte (cosa che non ho mai visto in altre suite). Carino il calendly integrato!

Cons

Non sempre la creazione dei flussi di automazione è intuitiva. Seconda cosa: non mi piace molto il fatto che lo strumento sia in parte in inglese e in parte in italiano.
