Overall, Lumifone has helped me make more quality dials with better results. For cold calling in real estate, the combination of reliable local numbers and solid organization tools has been a win for me.

Pros

I’m a real estate agent who does a ton of cold calling, and Lumifone has been a really good fit for me. The calling experience is straightforward and reliable. I just open the browser, pick my number, and go. The audio is clear and I don’t get random disconnects like I’ve had with other tools. What I’ve noticed most is my answer rates are noticeably higher than when I was using Sell Mojo. People are picking up way more often. I also get far fewer “Spam Likely” warnings on the other end. When I call from my dedicated local numbers, it just looks more legitimate to prospects, which makes a big difference in this business. The contact management side is practical too. I upload my lists, make notes after calls, set follow-up tasks, and everything stays organized. The auto-dial feature is excellent — I can work through a list of expired listings or FSBOs without constantly stopping and starting. It keeps me in rhythm. I added my assistant to the account and we share the wallet balance, which is simple and works well. Billing is transparent — I’m on a monthly plan and top up when needed. No surprises. The interface is clean and doesn’t get in the way. Everything I actually use is easy to find.

Cons

While I like Lumifone overall, it’s not perfect. Here are the things that have annoyed me a bit: Occasional glitches with call status. Sometimes a call that was clearly answered shows up as “Unanswered” in the system. It’s not a huge deal, but it gets annoying when I’m trying to keep accurate records of my conversations. Auto-dial can be a little clunky. It works well most of the time, but if the connection hiccups or I take too long writing notes, it sometimes gets stuck and I have to restart the sequence. Needs a bit more polish. The contact/CRM side is still basic. It’s functional, but compared to HubSpot it feels pretty simple. Custom fields work, but managing large lists and advanced filtering could be smoother. Recordings sometimes show 0 seconds. Even when the call was clearly longer, the recording length occasionally displays wrong. I can still play them, but it looks off. No built-in power dialer / predictive dialing. If you’re making hundreds of calls a day, you still have to go one by one (or use auto-dial). Some competitors have more aggressive dialing options.
