Comencé a trabajar con ella sin haberla utilizada nunca, ni este ni ningún otro programa similar y con una sesión formativa de apenas media hora pude trabajar con total normalidad, dado que como he comentado anteriormente es bastante intuitiva. La atención al cliente que tienen es excepcional, tienen servicio telefónico durante un horario bastante amplio permitiendo de esta forma tener una solución rápida ante cualquier problema. Pros miConta es un programa muy intuitivo, de fácil utilidad, que permite llevar al día la contabilidad de mi empresa reglamentariamente, permite además, relacionar todo esto con los modelos fiscales de forma automática permitiéndome ahorrar tiempo en un trabajo tan tedioso como sería este y poder dedicarlo a otras funciones en mi empresa. Además, su funcionamiento es rápido y el soporte técnico es atento y resolutivo. Cons Como única desventaja que puedo encontrar sería la interfaz, un poco desactualizada. Es verdad, que solo afecta a nivel estético y visual dado que para el resto del trabajo es bastante intuitiva a la hora de trabajar.
