My experience has been OK. I understand that for some other departments it could be a plus due to the member interface advantages, but I personally do not find any advantages myself compared to our previous software.

Pros

Organization piece and the customer support. It feels easy to organize documents and name them, especially the use of the "requested" items. When assistance is needed, our representative Aaron is always there. I do like the different phases/status and the easiness to add/remove people to loan packages. I also like that when I create a shortcut in my internet browser, the shortcut stays regardless of the status of the loan.

Cons

It takes sometimes too many clicks on s documents to just open it, especially when coming back from another screen. Sometimes it takes too long to load. I also don't like that I need to edit the hyperlinks every time I copy a link since they are too long.

What truly sets them apart is their team—they are incredibly responsive, collaborative, and proactive. They actively seek feedback and continuously improve the platform, making it feel like a true partnership rather than a typical vendor relationship.

Pros

mysherpas has transformed our document intake process by eliminating manual workflows, reducing back-and-forth, and improving efficiency and visibility across the loan lifecycle. It has allowed us to deliver more consistent, complete loan packages while speeding up underwriting timelines.

Cons

The main areas for improvement are around continued refinement as the platform evolves. That said, the mysherpas team is highly responsive and actively incorporates feedback, so improvements are consistently being made.

I am very satisfied with the software - it is very intuitive. One of the best platforms I've used in my career.

Pros

streamline gathering documents and filing them. The mobile app is great and customer support is top notch.

Cons

the loading time for previewing documents. It is very slow on the mobile app and can be slow on the desktop depending on file size.
