In Real Estate data is power, and our company has a deep bench of market data at our fingertips with Compstash. Pros Easy to use system for storing and retrieving real estate comps. Huge value add to our brokers. Easy to upload comps and professional multi comp reports with a couple of clicks. The time we save for our staff and brokers with this system is significant. Cons That I didnt have this software years ago. We have struggled for years to find an efficient, easy to use system and nothing existed until Compstash.
