Instead of relying on spreadsheets, messages, and people remembering what was ordered, our team can see the complete purchasing history and what actually arrived. It is straightforward enough for store employees to use without extensive training while giving management better visibility across the business. Pros LineNow makes the entire purchasing workflow simple. We can organize items by supplier, prepare and send purchase orders, track supplier communication, receive deliveries, and compare what arrived with what was ordered. The interface is clean, onboarding is manageable, and there is no per-user pricing, so everyone involved in ordering and receiving can participate. Jainul has been very helpful with working quickly on resolutions and fixing bugs in the software. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been a good point person overall, but is difficult to pin down at times and tends to need to refer out to other teammates to resolve any issues. I think we will benefit greatly from the insights and reports as we finalize our program and resolve errors. Pros The support in making adjustments to meet our needs has been swift and helpful. Overall, I think the information is going to be very beneficial to our company. Insights can be useful once you learn what specifics to request. Cons The interface is clunky and confusing. There is a lot of excess info on the landing pages and transfers. Software is not set up for nuances with perishable floral stems and working with an external market like Komet. They have been a strong partner throughout a significant Shopify implementation, helping us translate real-world business processes into practical solutions on the platform. Pros LineNow combines strong inventory/supplier management and Shopify expertise with a very practical, collaborative approach. They took the time to understand our business requirements rather than simply forcing standard Shopify processes to fit.
