Enzo reads referrals from eFax, hospital portals, and uploads, checks eligibility and face-to-face requirements, and reaches an admit decision in about 5 minutes. It matches and briefs a clinician in about 30 seconds. During the visit, it builds OASIS and visit notes from the conversation in real time, cutting charting time by about 75%. It then reviews every chart and code, tracks CMS star ratings, HHCAHPS risk, and survey readiness, and prepares clean claims while managing NOAs, LUPA tracking, and physician orders. Agencies can run Enzo as a full EHR or start with one product, Intake, Scribe, Scheduling, or QA, and expand from there.
