We've had a very positive experience with CrafterQ. It was easy to set up, easy to train on our content, and has done an excellent job helping customers find products and get answers to technical questions. The conversational experience is far more intuitive than traditional website search, and we see it as an important part of the future of e-commerce.

Pros

CrafterQ turned our complex product catalog into a conversational shopping experience. It provides accurate technical answers, recommends the right products, and helps customers find what they need much faster than traditional search. Setup was simple, and the AI feels like having an expert sales associate available around the clock.

Cons

As with any AI solution, there is some upfront work to make sure the agent has the right content and instructions. We spent time refining its knowledge sources and testing different prompts to get the best results. That said, the setup process was straightforward, and the improvements in customer engagement made the effort worthwhile.
