We came over from another PPC tool that basically just showed us data without doing anything with it. SellerStack has paid for itself pretty quickly in terms of time saved and the rules have caught a few wasted-spend situations I would have missed. Not perfect but it's the tool I actually log into every day now.

Pros

The rules engine is the main reason we stuck with it. We were spending a few hours a week manually adjusting bids in Seller Central and now most of that runs on autopilot. Setting up a rule like "if ACoS over 40% for 14 days and spend over $50, lower bid 15%" took me about 5 minutes the first time. You can preview what a rule would do before you turn it on which is honestly the feature I wish more tools had. Dayparting actually works the way you'd expect. We turn down bids overnight and on weekends for one of our brands and it just does it, no weird conflicts with our other rules. The dashboard is clean and loads fast for the most part. I like that I can pull up any campaign and see spend, sales, ACoS, CTR and a chart of how things have trended without clicking through 4 screens like in Amazon's UI. The AI chat thing they added is surprisingly useful for one-off questions ("what were my top 10 search terms last month") instead of building a report from scratch. Support has been responsive when I've emailed. Got answers same day both times.

Cons

There's a learning curve. The first week I was a little overwhelmed by how many options there are inside a rule. Once you set up 2 or 3 it clicks but I wouldn't say it's super beginner friendly out of the box. A couple of the bigger report pages can take a few seconds to load when I'm pulling 90 days of data on our larger account. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable. Would love a mobile view that's actually usable. Right now I just don't try to use it on my phone.
