While the platform serves its purpose as a proctoring tool, there are several areas that need improvement. Students, especially older students and those who are not very comfortable with technology, often struggle to complete the login and exam access process without support. Having technical support available during exam start times would be very helpful. It would also be better if students could simply log in and see their assigned exams directly instead of going through multiple steps. Integrating exam settings and management into a single platform, providing better attendance reporting options, and improving the chat system for proctors would make the overall experience much smoother for both students and staff. Pros Proctorly helps maintain exam security and allows proctors to monitor students effectively during examinations. The student verification and monitoring features are useful, and the platform provides a structured way to conduct online exams. Cons The main issue is that students often face difficulties logging in and accessing their exams, especially at the start of examination sessions.
