Chewzie is a QR code ordering and payment platform for pubs, bars, restaurants, cafés and venue groups. Guests scan, order and pay from their phone. Its Direct to Printer technology prints orders straight to the existing POS printers and never relies on the POS, so no orders are lost, delayed or incorrect, even if the POS drops. Help us boost sales, take pressure out of the bar in busy nights, give us oppotunity to create different promotion, always have excellent support, and definitely is very important for our business.

Pros

Great and friendly plattaform. The team gives excellent support anytime need, nothing is too much for them to help with as well they keep eyes on our sales and promotion and often comes up with ideas to help us boost revenue which is always appreciated.

Cons

Don't have any issue really, i've worked with other plattforms like Me&U, Ordernow, etc.. and Chewzie is by far the easist and most effectively one.

Amazing. From start (sign up) all the way to the build team to going live in the venue. Everyone so helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good and reliable qr software

Pros

It’s so easy to use, the staff and after hours staff are amazing and very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble

Cons

What did I/we like least about chewzie is that we didn’t sign up sooner. So glad we found them

Overall we are extremely happy with the product itself as well as the service across the whole team. Installation was no issue and the team are still just as hands on and happy to assist with doing back of house changes and updates as we need them.

Pros

Great product. Much easier to use than previous systems and efficient customer service all round the clock. No issues whatsoever so far and a great fall back system if so.

Cons

No issues identified yet! On initial look it seemed less user friendly (more for the fact there were less prompts and photos), but the team took us through it and its easy to use as well as allows far more to be done through the system.

Switched from

Forced select. Meaning Me & U. Whole company swapped over after discussions and in order to develop a better customer membership program. Chewzie had many more tools and ability to intergrade than other options.

Good, helpful support staff, very little issues with printing etc fall back system works well. We have a very conplex system and they handle the mutiple offsite kitchens well.

Pros

Support is responsive and helpful, we rarely have issues but they are helpful to change things if we don't know how to do it.

Cons

It's all pretty good, the back end it is hard to see some things because of the way the screen is set up with tiny little windows you have to scroll through. It also would be great to be able to choose a location in the sales by category report so our separate partners can get thier sales revenue without seeing other vendors or our internal reporting.
