Our experience with SovoHR has been positive. The AI Interviewer has significantly improved our recruitment process by helping us evaluate candidates more efficiently and consistently. The platform is easy to use, and the ability to manage hiring and workforce operations from a single system has helped reduce administrative work. We would recommend SovoHR to businesses looking to modernize their recruitment and HR processes.

Pros

The AI Interviewer is the standout feature. It helped us screen candidates much faster and reduced the amount of time our recruiters spent on initial interviews. The automated scoring, interview summaries, and candidate ranking made it easier to identify strong applicants. We also liked having recruitment, employee management, and attendance tracking in one platform.

Cons

The platform includes many features, so there is a small learning curve when first getting started. Some advanced settings could benefit from additional onboarding guides and tutorials.
