Pros

I am an active traveller, and after recommendation of the receptionist, I installed it, though it took some time for integration. The second time I checked in, the whole process was in a jiffy.

Cons

The app is limited to the very hotel I usually checkin to. The limited availability is what seem to be the downside to me

Our overall experience has been excellent. Onboarding was straightforward, the support team was responsive during setup, and the time savings at the front desk were noticeable within the first week. It has made our check-in process faster, more compliant, and more pleasant for guests.

Pros

DigiGo has completely transformed our front desk operations. The Aadhaar and DigiLocker-based verification means guests are checked in within seconds instead of the 8+ minutes it used to take with paper registers. We've genuinely saved 2-3 hours of staff time every day. The automated Form C generation and digital guest registers keep us audit-ready and fully compliant without any manual effort, and the integration with our PMS (Opera) was smooth. Guests love the contactless, paperless arrival experience, and the WhatsApp pre-arrival check-in invites reduce queues at the desk. It's a polished, modern solution that delivers exactly what it promises.

Cons

Since the platform relies on Aadhaar and DigiLocker, it works best for domestic guests; foreign guests still need a slightly different flow, though Form C handling for them is built in. A few of our older staff needed a short walkthrough to get comfortable, but adoption was quick. Honestly, there's very little to dislike once it's set up.

Pros

Ease of scanning, guest ID was scanned within a second, no storage requirement, and data is also secure as the hotel staff just got masked non-reusable details

Cons

new process to get used to, not available at many places yet, should be better if more places start using this

The process is swift and easy to use. I was able to head straight to my hotel room without any hassle by using DigiGo

Pros

Ease of use. They focus on guest experience and how it could be a breeze for someone who has booked their holiday and they have a good time and no stress.

Cons

Their location availability is a constraint right now as they are not available at many hotels, but once they scale it would be very good for the guests.
