It has made our check-in process faster, more compliant, and more pleasant for guests. Pros DigiGo has completely transformed our front desk operations. The Aadhaar and DigiLocker-based verification means guests are checked in within seconds instead of the 8+ minutes it used to take with paper registers. We've genuinely saved 2-3 hours of staff time every day. The automated Form C generation and digital guest registers keep us audit-ready and fully compliant without any manual effort, and the integration with our PMS (Opera) was smooth. Guests love the contactless, paperless arrival experience, and the WhatsApp pre-arrival check-in invites reduce queues at the desk. It's a polished, modern solution that delivers exactly what it promises. Cons Since the platform relies on Aadhaar and DigiLocker, it works best for domestic guests; foreign guests still need a slightly different flow, though Form C handling for them is built in.
