## What is NextTurn?

Barbershops, hair salons, and medical clinics lose customers when wait lines are disorganized and clients have no visibility into when they will be served. NextTurn manages the full customer queue from check-in to service completion across one or more service counters. Customers receive a coded ticket — standard or priority — and track their position through a real-time public display screen that updates automatically as staff call each turn. No manual announcements or extra staff effort required. Staff manage their counter sessions from any phone, tablet, or computer: opening shifts, calling customers, recording completions, and flagging no-shows. Administrators configure services, assign them to counters, set staff roles, and define priority queue rules. Built-in reports cover clients attended, average wait times, and volume by counter or staff member. NextTurn requires no hardware or installation and is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
