## What is PodFleet?

PodFleet is a managed operations platform providing pre-composed teams, or pods, to support growing businesses. Each pod includes a Pod Operations Lead as the main contact, backed by specialists in customer support, community management, content operations, data administration, and AI automation. PodFleet handles hiring, training, and replacing team members on a W-2 basis, eliminating the need for clients to manage contractors. AI automation is built into every pod as a standard feature. Using a workflow-agents-tools framework, PodFleet ensures clients retain ownership of all SOPs, dashboards, and automation systems after engagement. A four-week trial lets clients test the service with real tasks. The pod transitions from shadowing in week one to full operational ownership by week three. Week four concludes with either a retainer proposal or a clean exit, where clients keep all deliverables.
