I love how easy the setup was. I had a couple of questions before I signed up, I was able to call into their support line, and spoke to the \[sensitive content hidden\] himself. This was a breath of fresh air, when trying to get support from just OTAs, is like pulling teeth. Small family run business out of the United States, they aren't this massive software company being run.

Pros

Setup is easy. It took less than 5 minutes to get onboarded, and code automation setup. Small family run business.

Cons

It's a smaller company, so when I called into the support line for some questions I had, I spoke with the \[sensitive content hidden\] of the company. Which is not typical from my experience calling any other host platform support lines. This might be a con to some, but to me this sold me.

Reasons for choosing GuestsKey

Ultimately I wanted a dedicated platform, which didn't uncharge for all the different features, whose sole purpose and focus is generating guest codes. They have an analytics platform, and are working on an MCP feature so I can connect Claude to their platform. OwnerRez had trouble with repeat guests codes, RemoteLock has bad reviews, Jervis is slightly more costly and I was unable to find anyway to contact their support team other than a website form.
