LumifyHub is an all-in-one collaboration workspace for small teams who want chat, documents, and databases in one app instead of paying for Notion, Slack, and Airtable separately. Documents — Rich-text editor with nested pages, real-time collaborative editing, inline comments, and Markdown export. Databases — Spreadsheet-style interface with custom fields, formulas, filters, sorts, and multiple views (table, board, gallery, calendar). Every row is also a full document page, so structured data and free-form notes live together. Team chat — Channels, DMs, threads, reactions, and mentions. Chat channels can link to databases so new entries and status changes appear automatically in chat — no more copy-pasting between tools. Extras — Kanban boards, templates, full-text search, two-factor authentication, AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, and admin controls.
