Overall, my experience with MOAB has been great and I can only hope my review can shed some light on the company. This company is the real deal. Since day 1, they have kept the main thing, the main thing, customer support. From the \[sensitive content hidden\] making personal appearances to our branches to ensure the switch from providers went seamlessly, to the support team who answers every question under the sun. This company will not leave you out in the air to dry. On top of all that, no matter the age, this application is very easy to use. Inventory management is precisely where I reside, and it’s never been easier for us. With the ability to filter, set, & save my current views of the company, Paired with the current QR system they have in place, the work that would take us a day to a week to complete, now only takes a couple of hours.

Pros

To me, the most I like about MOAB, is the cloud and online access they provide, on top of the various amounts of options for Data & Reporting. Like most rental companies in the industry, you are likely going to have season where demand, certainly outweighs supply. I am just extremely grateful that we have a provider that is built to weather the storm in the months that mean the most to our company.

Cons

knit picking - In a world of constant change, it’s just something that you are going to have to get used to. Not all change is bad due to it being a sign of progress or regression, but one thing that sticks out to me is the constant change of Moab. To me, it is completely understandable, that a service provider must mature with the company that it is servicing. To most, change in even the smallest part of the day can impact someone. I guess I just can’t wait to see the fully finished polished product that MOAB is striving for.
