Very positive. The standout moment for us was one employee in an administrative role who kept showing up in recognition patterns for things you'd normally expect from someone in HR. We ended up moving them into an HR-related role - something we probably wouldn't have considered based on formal reviews alone. That one case showed us the practical value of seeing the organization through a completely different lens.

Pros

HiveHR showed us things about our company that our regular HR tools never picked up. We ran a four-week pilot, and 86 out of 100 invited employees actually joined in- we saw almost 1,800 peer recognitions in that time. We could finally see who the real go-to people were, and we spotted a couple of employees who seemed isolated or overloaded before it became a problem. Setup was painless too - no technical integration, barely any admin work on our side.

Cons

Honestly, our biggest issue was that four weeks just wasn't enough. The pilot surfaced some really interesting patterns, but we'd love to see how they evolve over six months or a year. So this is more a limitation of our initial pilot than a complaint about the product itself.
