Taxably Connect monitors client document locations and processes files automatically, integrating with TaxDome, Canopy, OneDrive, Google Drive Desktop, and local folders. After minimal setup via a code-signed Windows installer, the software organizes documents efficiently. It generates bookmarked PDF prep sheets per client per tax year, categorizing forms, flagging duplicates, and organizing content for review. The Ask Taxably search tool allows plain English queries of client data, returning results with source files attached. Document security is prioritized through local processing, stripping identifying information before data crosses the network. Scrubbed structured data is retained temporarily, while working copies are deleted post-processing.
