Build branded quotes from a live equipment catalog, convert them to invoices, and collect payment through client portals, tracked from first proposal to final dollar. Manage serialized inventory with QR scanning, maintenance locks, and automatic overbooking detection. Schedule crew with availability filters, AI crew matching, and conflict detection, then send shift confirmations by SMS or email. Organize recurring work and multi-date runs as event series, so every show in a tour or season shares gear, crew, and totals in one place. Advancing, call sheets, and client reminders generate themselves from your schedule instead of being rebuilt for every show. Logistics tools build pick lists, track gear through delivery, and monitor vehicles by GPS. Integrates with QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Slack, and Google Calendar.

Overall Stagera has made it way easier to run our events since we cut back on multiple tools and finally manage everything from one place, setup was straightforward and our team actually enjoys using it which never happens with production software, support has been responsive and open to ideas and they keep shipping stuff that makes us faster on show days, for us it feels like the future of how live event companies will operate and I would not want to go back to the old stack.

Pros

I love that I was able to cut my tool stack and run everything on one platform for our shows and day to day work, it is actually built for real production teams so the workflows make sense right away and it is super easy to use even for new crew, their team actually listens to feedback and ships updates fast and it feels like they are lightyears ahead of tools like Rentman Lasso, Goodshuffle and all the other stuff we tried. Its saved me a significant amount of time after using it for a couple of months.

Cons

The product is moving really fast, so sometimes I wish a new feature or tweak were available yesterday. The team has been great about jumping on calls and pushing updates, but it is evolving so quickly that it's almost hard to keep track of all the updates and changes.

Im very happy and comfortable working with stagera, as always with any software there are thing that might need some touch up, but they are always listening to what the customers need.

Pros

Customer Service and ease of use. User interface is great and it has a lot of features you can only find in really expensive software.

Cons

Some of the profit margins sections but they are alway willing to fix what’s not working properly.
