I would highly recommend it for mid-sized teams. Since it's not whatsapp unnecessary chatter filters out, and I can see everything. so, it literally just makes work clearer.

Pros

It can access my data so i don't have to write a book just to get a simple response. Work flows seamlessly.

Cons

ZeroBrain thinks a lot and that takes times, but that's fine really since i have never disliked the output.
