## What is SOWaudit?

SOWaudit automates Statement of Work review for IT consulting and professional services teams, analyzing contracts for risk, scope gaps, and liability exposure using a three-pass forensic architecture. It evaluates contracts across nine risk categories, including scope, deliverables, assumptions, client obligations, terms, and financial integrity. The first pass reviews scope and governance, the second analyzes legal terms, and the third reconciles payment terms with milestones. The pre-signature tool accepts PDF and DOCX files up to 10MB, generating findings reports with fix recommendations and redline-ready language. Results export to Word, PDF, and PowerPoint. The post-signature Margin Sentinel locks baseline scope from signed contracts, classifies communications as in-scope, out-of-scope, or ambiguous, and drafts change order language. Features include shared audit credits for teams and searchable audit history with report replay.
