ReasonQA is contract analysis software that performs a structural quality check on an agreement and surfaces those defects: uncapped indemnities, asymmetric terms, obligations with no remedy, missing cross-references, undefined terms, and clauses that depend on documents that don't yet exist. Analysis completes in about fifteen minutes. Findings come back in plain English under three clear signals — no issues, issues to review, or critical defects — and each one names the clause, explains the risk, and suggests a correction. For flagged issues, ReasonQA also gives the counter-argument: why it matters, what follows if it's left, and what to change. Log decisions in a risk register, and re-upload a revised version within thirty days to confirm fixes at no extra cost.
