RefineCV is AI CV formatting software for recruitment and staffing agencies. It turns raw candidate CVs into branded, client-ready documents in about ten seconds. Upload a CV in any of ten formats, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and Apple Pages, plus scanned documents via OCR. RefineCV's AI extracts the candidate's details and applies them to your branded house template, with your logo, colours, and fonts set once and reused on every candidate. Anonymise contact details and personal markers with one click for blind recruitment, edit any field before exporting, then download a text-based PDF or DOCX. Original uploaded files are not retained after processing, and RefineCV is GDPR compliant. Pricing is transparent: start free with 10 CVs and no credit card, then $0.40 per CV pay-as-you-go with no minimum, or $50 per month for 200 CVs. Unlimited team seats on every plan, with no per-user fees.
