Before, I was spending hours every week just filling out forms and dealing with guest paperwork. Now most of that just happens automatically. The police data submissions stress me out the least now because I know they’re being handled properly and I don’t have to worry about compliance issues. Yeah, you still need to keep an eye on things, but that’s way better than doing it all manually. The peace of mind knowing everything’s compliant is worth it alone. Would definitely recommend if you’ve got multiple properties and you’re tired of drowning in paperwork. Pros I used to spend 20 minutes per guest just doing ID checks, contracts, and police submissions manually. Now Gotocheck automates all of that and it’s insane how much time it saves. It works perfectly with Airbnb and Booking without any issues, and the dynamic access codes with smart lock integration actually make my life easier instead of creating more work. The extra charges thing is great too — guests just pay for them without me having to chase anyone down. Whenever I get stuck with something, \[sensitive content hidden\] responds quickly and helps me out. The fact that I can choose between Basic if I just need police data or Premium for smart locks and everything else is really nice. And honestly, even if you’re not super tech-savvy, you can figure it out pretty easily. Cons The thing is, you still have to stay on top of things. The system does the work, but you’re not completely hands-off. You need to check in regularly and make sure everything’s running smoothly on your end. Also, there aren’t really that many tutorials out there, so I spent a while figuring out all the features on my own.
