Coachway

## What is Coachway?

Coachway is client management software for online fitness coaches and personal trainers, built in Copenhagen and used across Europe. It runs the full coaching workflow in one platform: a meal planner with 1,100+ recipes, 3,900+ ingredients, allergy filters, and reusable templates; a workout builder with 1,800+ exercises, supersets, alternative exercises, and progressive overload tracking; and weekly check-ins with drag-and-drop forms, progress photos, measurements, and custom metrics. Payments run through the coach's own Stripe account. Lead forms capture and convert prospects, and automations trigger onboarding flows and reminders based on client behavior. Clients use a branded in-app experience with your logo and colors, with messaging on iOS and Android. The coach and client UI is written and reviewed by native speakers in six languages: English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and German. Per-client pricing starts at EUR 69 per month, and support replies same-day.

I\`m really happy with coachway. It\`s well-organized and user-friendly, and the team is amazing! They are constantly updating and working to make the app exactly like the coaches want it to be. They really listen to our feedback.

Pros

The thing I like the most about Coachway is the support-system without AI. It is only real humans and you get a quick respons! I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes to get a feedback, which make my job more efficient.

Cons

What I like the least about Coachway is that you can\`t get the full overview of your clients in the mobile app.

great stuff guys! 5/5 - no annoying bugs that stop your workflow like in other platform - always the fastest help when needed (which is not often:D)

Pros

Coachway is the fastest developing and helping online Coaching tool out there. Smart and helpful features get pushed every week and support fixes every small issue over night. Great work guys!

Cons

Some of the recipes need to be adjusted for the german market. Some features that will arrive very soon aren't released yet (give it to us)

It is by far the best platform I have been on and it just keeps getting better by the week. Looking forward to growing my business on this platform. The team behind it is really helpful and want the best for their customers.

Pros

It is easy to use, take up less time than other platforms I have used and they have a really good customer support. The team listens to their customers and do the changes we need and that makes my day to day easier. My admin time spent on each client is down a lot that gives me more time to build and do the things I love (to help people, not do boring admin)

Cons

That there is not a possibility to log the food you eat (but that's on its way). And for me doing group activities with my clients. it would be great to have a community.

So happy, clients are happy and so are the coaches in my team! Very functional and pretty good looking app!

Pros

Pretty looking app, very easy to use. Saving a LOT of time! You can change colors of the app, logos etc as you like!

Cons

Missing the food logging, but it is comming :D Sometimes the macro settings are not 100% and you cannot make foodplan with macro under 20% i think it was. For example fitness athletes who ''needs'' under 20% carbs in peak week and the plan did not allow me to do so.

I think the workflow is very easy, which is incredibly valuable to me as a coach and to my clients. It's simple and quick

Pros

It's a very open-minded system that is constantly evolving to suit my needs. Super easy workflow, which is important for me as a coach scaling his business

Cons

Naturally, as it's still in the early stages of growth Im lacking some features, but the team are hard at work and constantly updates us on the progress.

Excellent. Coachway has become the backbone of my coaching business and lets me deliver a high level of personal follow-up to a growing number of clients without losing quality. I'd recommend it to any coach who wants to scale 1:1 coaching while keeping it personal.

Pros

Coachway has completely streamlined how I run my 1:1 coaching. The weekly check-ins are the core of my business, and being able to respond to each client with both video and text in one place makes the follow-up feel personal and professional. The chat keeps me close to my clients through the whole week, and the habit tracking and resource library (PDFs, videos) mean everything my clients need is gathered in one app. The team behind it is responsive and genuinely listens to feedback. It has been a huge part of growing my business.

Cons

Honestly very little to complain about. And i know they are building in some of the features i am waiting for. Ex : Habits. So the app is improving every week.

Excellent and a pleasure to work with the platform! You can see and commitment to the platform from the team at HQ which means it's not only good but you know it's only going to get better for the clients as well as the coach!

Pros

Organisation and complete clarity over each and every client. It improves my service and reduces stress at the same time! It consolidates everything and gives complete oversight as well as makes on-boarding swift, efficient and high quality!

Cons

There is only two things missing at the moment. The ability to see clients check-ins via the mobile app and respond. I would suggest also having the option to provide individual supplement and equipment plans the same way nutrition and training plans are provided. Although 'tagging' can be used it would be time consuming and inefficient. I think having a complete library of links etc in one place and having the ability to provide individual supplement plans by 'pulling' those links in by selecting which ones you want and which ones you don't offers clarity and another level of personalisation. Calorie tracking is coming soon so no worries there!

My overall experience with Coachway has been excellent. As a coach, I value efficiency, and the platform has helped me streamline my workflow significantly. Managing clients, updating programs, and making adjustments is quick and intuitive. I've also been impressed by how closely the team works with coaches and how quickly feedback turns into real improvements. It genuinely feels like Coachway is being built with coaches' needs in mind. No platform is perfect, but the combination of a great product, quick development, and a highly supportive team has made my experience very positive.

Pros

The biggest strengths of Coachway are the team and the efficiency of the platform. The team is incredibly responsive and open to feedback, and improvements happen quickly. As a coach, I love how fast and easy it is to manage clients, update programs, and make changes when needed. Everything feels streamlined, which saves a lot of time and lets me focus more on coaching rather than admin work. It also feels like the platform is constantly improving and genuinely built with coaches in mind!

Cons

The main thing I've missed has been some group coaching features, such as a shared client community/group chat and more tools for running group coaching programs. Fortunately, many of these features are already planned or in development. Since the platform is improving so quickly, I don't see this as a long-term concern, but rather part of the growth process.

I've been using the platform for near a month now, and my work flow is already so much better. It's super quick and easy to follow up clients, make plans, create automations etc. The customer support is also amazing!

Pros

The platform is super easy to use, and has many good features that makes my job so easy! It's easy to follow ut clients, and make plans for them

Cons

There are some missing features per now, but I know these are coming soon! Other than that I really enjoy the platform so far.
