TurnFlow has become an essential part of our daily operations at Pacific Shine. Before using it, we relied on multiple apps, spreadsheets, text messages, and manual processes to manage our cleaning business. Now everything is centralized in one place. It has improved communication with our team, streamlined scheduling, increased accountability, and saved us a significant amount of administrative time. The platform is especially valuable for vacation rental cleaning companies that need to manage multiple properties, recurring schedules, and fast-paced turnovers.

Pros

As a vacation rental cleaning company, TurnFlow has significantly improved how we manage our operations. We can schedule properties, assign cleaners, track job completion, communicate with our team, manage payroll, and send invoices all from one platform. The automated checklists and notifications have reduced mistakes and helped us maintain a higher level of service for our clients.

Cons

Since the platform is continuously evolving, there are occasional features and integrations that we would like to see added. However, updates are released regularly, and feedback is taken seriously by the development team.
