There’s a lot to keep track of with an affiliate program: who referred a customer, what they earned, and whether they’ve been paid. I like that Rekomi brings all of that together, including collecting tax forms. Being able to manage customer referrals and creator partnerships in the same platform is another plus. As a marketer, I appreciate the attention to the everyday work involved in running a program. Those details matter when you’re the person responsible for keeping everything organized. Cons I'm a few weeks into using the platform, and so far, so good. I'll circle back in a few months if I find anything worth noting here. From start we had to set up a few things involving lead connector, and up to the end, our hands were held. Pros Great support. Quick fixes along with test runs until you get it running. What is very technical was made to be easy. Cons Probably mode of communication. It was alright, but if it's something I liked least, this. Whatsapp was how I was in communication, but that could easily be my fault. I didn't do my own search of the best practice in communication by Rekomi. It helped organize the referral and partner program in a more structured way, without adding unnecessary complexity. It feels practical for daily use and reliable for tracking partner performance. Pros What I like most about Rekomi is how simple it makes referral and partner tracking. The platform is easy to understand, flexible enough for our workflow, and gives us a clear view of where partner-driven conversions are coming from. Cons There is nothing major we disliked. Some advanced settings may take a little time to configure at the beginning, but the overall setup process is still clear and manageable. Glad the affiliate portal is saving you the reporting back-and-forth too. We'll definitely be launching a mobile app soon, but the dashboard works well in a phone browser for quick report checks. The affiliate portal is very useful and feels rich unlike the plan Rewardful dashboard from where we switched. Solid customer support as well. Pros The initial setup is very simple, it has tons of interesting integrations including an interesting alternative to Stripe - Paddle which is extremely useful since Paddle is available in my country while Stripe is not! The affiliate portal is also really good so I don't have to worry about providing reports to my affiliate partners. Cons Nothing much out of the ordinary, it tick all the boxes of a modern SaaS platform.
