It helped organize the referral and partner program in a more structured way, without adding unnecessary complexity. It feels practical for daily use and reliable for tracking partner performance. Pros What I like most about Rekomi is how simple it makes referral and partner tracking. The platform is easy to understand, flexible enough for our workflow, and gives us a clear view of where partner-driven conversions are coming from. Cons There is nothing major we disliked. Some advanced settings may take a little time to configure at the beginning, but the overall setup process is still clear and manageable. The affiliate portal is very useful and feels rich unlike the plan Rewardful dashboard from where we switched. Solid customer support as well. Pros The initial setup is very simple, it has tons of interesting integrations including an interesting alternative to Stripe - Paddle which is extremely useful since Paddle is available in my country while Stripe is not! The affiliate portal is also really good so I don't have to worry about providing reports to my affiliate partners. Cons Nothing much out of the ordinary, it tick all the boxes of a modern SaaS platform. It appears there's no mobile app yet which would be cool to use for quick view of reports, but it's not really essential for this type of tool either Switched from [Rewardful](https://www.capterra.com/p/196039/Rewardful/) More features and native support for Paddle which Rewardful nor any other equivalent competitor had it.
