With ServePOS, that is no longer an issue. The software is so intuitive and logically structured that new volunteers do not need any complicated instructions; the clear product grid speaks completely for itself. This prevents errors during busy peak times and brings peace of mind to the team.Furthermore, the built-in features are perfectly tailored to club life. We use the feature to open customer tabs for regular members on a daily basis. Tracking outstanding balances and settling bills later works flawlessly and transparently. The fact that the system continues to work fully offline if the internet connection drops also gives us a huge sense of security.In short: ServePOS offers a reliable, user-friendly, and very affordable platform that relieves our bar staff and makes our administration a lot easier.
