As someone involved in building and operating Brikone from the ground up, I can say the platform genuinely solves the problems property managers face every day. The trust accounting module is the standout feature. Having the three-way reconciliation and deposit tracking built directly into the platform saves hours every month and eliminates the spreadsheet juggling that most property managers deal with. The tenant and owner portals are clean and intuitive, and the maintenance workflow with HandyBrik makes it easy to stay on top of work orders without things falling through the cracks. For any property manager looking to consolidate their tools into one system, Brikone is worth trying. The free plan alone covers more than most paid alternatives.

Pros

Brikone solves many of the daily challenges property managers face. The built-in trust accounting, three-way reconciliation, and deposit tracking save hours each month, while the tenant and owner portals are intuitive and easy to use. The maintenance workflow keeps work orders organized and on track.

Cons

The marketing and syndication tools are still a not fully in place and even though in the pipeline to not have fully automated feed it makes the process a bit manual.
