Overall, the tool has significantly improved how we manage our product catalogue on a daily basis. It's helped us centralize technical documentation, compliance declarations, and product attributes (EAN, SKU, certifications) in one place, which is especially valuable when working with multiple distribution partners and export markets. The learning curve was a bit steep at first, but the support team was responsive when we had questions during setup.

Pros

User friendly, easy to use on a daily basis. The hierarchy between parent products and variants makes it much simpler to manage a large catalogue with hundreds of SKUs. Data centralization also helps keep information consistent across our different sales channels (B2B website, distributors, exports).

Cons

Honestly, hard to find real downsides. If I had to name one, it would be the short learning curve at the very beginning, simply because the tool offers so many features. But once you're up to speed, it becomes indispensable on a daily basis.
