StatusLoop is a client communication tool built for Canadian service businesses — contractors, renovators, mechanics, HVAC technicians, and tradespeople. Instead of texting clients job updates all day, contractors share a unique live status link for each job. Clients tap the link and see real-time job status, photos, videos, and a full update timeline — no app download, no login required. Every time the contractor posts an update, the client receives an automatic SMS notification. Contractors stop getting interrupted with "any updates?" texts and stay focused on the job.
