Meeting Summarizer is an iPhone app that records meetings and turns them into structured notes entirely on the device. Audio is transcribed locally with Apple SpeechAnalyzer, then Apple Intelligence generates the output in seven modes: TL;DR, action items, meeting minutes, a follow-up email draft, hot takes, study notes, and a custom prompt. It works in 18 languages and exports to PDF. Because all processing happens on-device, no audio, transcripts, or summaries ever leave the phone, so there are no accounts and no servers, and it works offline. Free to download; requires an iPhone with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence.
